Temporary Employment Service is the short term contracting of staff, where MEZS assumes the responsibility for managing and optimizing the human resource(s), including the staffing, administration, discipline, dispute resolution, payroll services and administration, in order to effect improved business performance or results.

Although temporary staff in the eyes of our clients, MEZS staff is at all times treated with dignity and respect, benefiting from employee benefits associated with permanent employment. Our outsourcing model allows for short, medium and/or long terms contracts, regulated by our client’s specific operational requirements.
